What can we learn from overseas about regulation and its role?
em>
eg from The prominent"Death of environmentalism' debate see Shellenberger as in Grist magazine

Among The lessons? Short term gain long term pain . Win one court case but lose the people. That's whats happening politically .

Real progress is not made by quick fix media methods but by supporting the positives and the negatives --supporting professionals first . http://productionecologists.blogspot.com

Enviro fanatics in govt need to put their feet back on the ground before they make another move either to woe or to win approval out in the bush.

More importantly, the feds can spend a billion on environment but nothing will work long term if there are no production ecologists trained who know what they are talking about and what onground dogood really means.
